Apex Trading 株式会社 provides vehicle sourcing, export, and shipping services from Japan to international clients. We facilitate the purchase, inspection, shipping, and delivery of vehicles, parts, tires, engines, and heavy machinery.

Our services include auction sourcing, inland transport in Japan, export documentation, and ocean freight arrangement to your destination port.

All vehicles are inspected prior to export. We provide JCI (Japan Auto Auction inspection) reports where available, along with auction sheet translations.

However, vehicles are sold as-is and as-inspected. Apex Trading 株式会社 is not liable for conditions not visible or detectable at the time of inspection, including latent defects that develop after delivery.

Prices for vehicles and services are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) or United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change based on market conditions, auction prices, and exchange rates. Quoted prices remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.

Payment terms: a 50% deposit is required to begin sourcing a vehicle, with full payment required before shipping. The accepted payment method is bank transfer (TT / telegraphic transfer).

All funds must clear in our account before shipment is arranged. No vehicle will be released or shipped until full payment is received and confirmed.

Shipping is arranged via RO/RO (Roll-on/Roll-off) or container method, depending on the vehicle and destination. Estimated delivery times vary by destination port, typically ranging from 3 to 8 weeks from the date of shipping.

Apex Trading 株式会社 is not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, customs authorities, port congestion, weather, or force majeure events beyond our control.

Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and regulatory compliance in their destination country.

Apex Trading 株式会社 provides all necessary export documentation from Japan, including the export certificate, commercial invoice, and packing list. We do not handle import-side customs clearance, which is the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders may be cancelled before the vehicle is purchased or sourced on behalf of the buyer. Once a vehicle has been purchased on your behalf, deposits are non-refundable, as the vehicle has been committed and paid for.

If Apex Trading 株式会社 fails to deliver a vehicle due to our own fault or negligence, a full refund of the amounts paid will be issued to the buyer.

Vehicles are exported as used goods. No warranty is expressed or implied unless specifically stated in writing by Apex Trading 株式会社

We are not responsible for mechanical issues, wear and tear, or defects arising after the vehicle has been delivered to the buyer or their agent.

All content on apexjapanco.com, including text, images, logos, designs, and layout, is the property of Apex Trading 株式会社 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Apex Trading 株式会社 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or Website.

Our total liability for any transaction shall not exceed the value of the transaction in dispute.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Japan, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
